^^^^^ The first day of class!!!

And what kind of credit do you get for AP Stats? Can you get out of Stats 10?

Go here: [UCLA STORE: Lobby](http://www.uclaestore.com/ucla/textbook_student.asp?ref=ucla)

Do we have wifi all over campus?
How can i find out when the classes i want to take be offered. I know that some classes are not offered very semester. is there any to find out the duration for the time the classes are available?

[Schedule of Classes Home Page](http://www.registrar.ucla.edu/schedule/schedulehome.aspx)

wifi is not everywhere

heres a map that shows where you can get wireless:

[Wireless Ethernet Coverage Area](http://www.bol.ucla.edu/services/wireless/coverage/)

i heard there is only one ethernet port…is it better to get a router or splitters?

There’s 2 ethernet ports.

De Neve CD has wireless in the rooms. The others are supplied a hub by the school.

Umm…on the UCLA E-Store page, one of my required textbooks has disappeared…does this mean it is no longer required, or is this just a system glitch?

How does wifi at Starbucks work? How about if you have an AT&T DSL login?

can a first year be a program assistant?

also, is the chem life sci series like the math life sci series in that it only uses one book for all of its courses?

I used the same book for 14A and 14B, by not buying the UCLA custom edition.

Of course, this meant I had to copy the last two chapters from MrMoo’s book. Saved more money than I spent anyway, and I sold the book at a profit.

*, I haven’t sold any of my books at all yet. *ty resale value.

Where’s the best place to buy food, snacks, fruit, etc. from?

Sorry to repeat my questions, but:

If a class requires a book that is a certain edition, publisher, year, etc…is it okay if the one you buy IS the same edition, BUT has a different publisher (though they technically are the same company) and 1-year difference regarding the copyright year?

On the UCLA E-Store page, one of my required textbooks has disappeared…does this mean it is no longer required, or is this just a system glitch?

When the UCLA “campus is closed,” what exactly does that mean? Is everything except the residence halls closed?

Thanks in advance for your help!!

It’s prob no longer required. Try to see if you can’t check the web page for your class and look up the syllabus.

What is the context? Winter & spring break? Yes, most campus buildings are closed.

Whole foods, Ralphs, farmer’s market on the weekends.

In a class, about what percent of students get A’s or A+'s?

Depends on the class. For the premed stuff, I’d say 15-25%, that includes A-'s
