UCLA Class of 2022 - Applicant Thread

Did anyone not get it? It seems like it went to everyone?

I just did some research. Last year, the Alumni Scholarship invite sent out on 2/2 (Thursday), Regents sent out 2/3 (Friday).

So very likely, tomorrow we will find it out. :))

@tripledouble2000 The correlation is about 60% will get admitted

@MomLA2018 Yes people don’t get it. CC is a very skewed representation of the applicant pool. Most applicants will never visit this site, let alone post.

@10s4life Ok thank you for the clarification! I’m happy I received the email, but I just don’t want to get my hopes up too much.

Can you guys who got the alumni invite post stats? I’m just wondering if DS’s email server is bouncing emails again.

D has a 35 ACT.

@bogeyorpar 1590 SAT, 35 ACT, 800 SAT Math II

1500 SAT

One more question: can you please copy paste the sender email address? It’s probably too late, but we can add that address to the “trusted sender” list to make sure the email can go through.

I applied for fall 2016. Eventually admitted for engineering. No engineering likely letter. Alumni scholarship invite. Not regents

SAT: 2020
ACT: 31
Math 2: 750
Bio E: 720
US History: 790

UW GPA: 4.0
W uncapped GPA: 4.68

So don’t worry too much as I had less than perfect test scores and still got in.

Didnt get the email either. ACT 35 with not so high GPA as I am applying from a very competitive BS

is it possible to get regents without getting alumni scholarship email

@coolguy985 Yea it is but the odds are lower than the already low odds. So few students at any UC will be regents.

alumni@alumni.ucla.edu

I think Stats doesn’t matter. Someone mentioned it’s a holistic review process.

@bogeyorpar 34 ACT, 1480 SAT, 3.9 UW GPA, 4.52 W GPA

@bogeyorpar – Here is the sender: Good luck to you and son. alumnischolarships@support.ucla.edu

I am sorry. @bogeyorpar. I screwed up. @musicmeister22 is correct. I posted the reply to email. Good luck!

Got the email, hopefully it means something…
