either two posts are not true, or IS waitlist will not be used much. Up to now all email notifications have not been rolling.

do a lot of people really wait until today to SIR? i’m pretty sure by now admissions have a general idea of what numbers will look like so the fact that not a lot of IS ppl getting offers off the WL is a little concerning
i know several peope that are on waitlists for several schools, and, therefore are waiting to avoid losing a deposit. Also, at this point I’m sure admissions at most schools can make general predictions for pulling from their waitlists
do you guys think ucla will pull from their waitlists for IS today or nah
The UCLA FB group seems to have gained ~20 new members compared to yesterday. I don’t think a lot of people got accepted this morning. Maybe the admissions office is waiting until the end of today.

I was accepted this morning. I did receive an email. I’m an Asian female, neuroscience major, IS. Stats: SAT 1570, GPA 4.2 W. I got straight A’s first semester of senior year with five AP classes. I’m pretty sure that helped me a lot.
