Does anyone know if they send an email notifying you of an update to your portal or do you just check directly?

I just recieved an email with my update at 5:23 PM today. I was denied but I don’t feel too bad since I wasn’t expecting much lol.

And then I checked my portal, and there it was my second rejection letter sent to me by UCLA.

i haven’t gotten a decision. By “anyone else” I was referring to the people that mentioned that they got rejected, shown above my response
