Not exactly true. I spoke to multiple people who got off the waitlist and they all wrote a lot! As long as you don’t go max or nearly max, it won’t hurt anyone.

I just had done a lot and spoke about a to of their pre-med opportunities because it seems like pre-med is competitive and everyone wants to follow that track lol

For those who are accepted off the waitlist, will get an email from admissions office regarding ‘status update’ and you’ll have to check on portal then!

I didn’t use the max character limit but I explained my research, my online certifications and how will I use the knowledge that I gained from these courses. Also, I wrote 2 or 3 lines about why UCLA is my dream school and why I wanna go there. Plus my grades lol (thank god they improved).
