Looking into Plaza, triple occupancy, 14P meal plan - do the housing rates include summer or not?

Trying to figure out the dorm cost for three quarters excluding summer.

Hi there. Should be about $14K, and that does not include summer (summer is always extra). My son was in a plaza triple last year, and is in a plaza double this year.

That contract is for the school year. Summer is not included. You can pick different payment plans and some of them include paying over summer but you can only stay for Fall-Spring Quarters. Everyone must move out for winter break.
