<h1>1. Is UCLA accepting transfers for Winter quarter for Biz-econ?</h1>
<h1>2 Can I apply for another program in Winter Quarter and double major in biz-econ later on?</h1>
<p>Obviously, I really want to get to college, help me out CC!</p>
<p>UCLA opened admissions for winter 09 only for engineering majors. And the application deadline passed last July. And the chances that they are gonna open admissions for future winter quarters is very slim according to their website.</p>

<p>You should get accepted into the Econ department and then double major in the additional major. <em>depending on what the other major is</em></p>
<p>HOWEVER- it is possible with a lot of trying to double major without getting first accepted into econ, you would need to show exactly why you want to double major and prove to the econ department to let you need.</p>
<p>Keep in mind that in UCLA in order to declare a double major you must first finish all preqs and two upper division courses in EACH major</p>
