<p>Hey guys, I applied to UCLA civil engineering major and I got an email that says,</p>

<p>"We have received your application to UCLA's Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science and I want to commend you on your fine work in high school. Admission decisions have not been finalized or announced, however in late March you may check the UCLA Undergraduate Admissions website <a href="http://www.admission.ucla.edu/myApplication"&gt;www.admission.ucla.edu/myApplication&lt;/a> for final decisions. You will receive an email from Undergraduate Admissions when Decisions are available online."</p>

<p>Does this imply my acceptance?</p>
