You should still be able to get to URSA..did you create a user name?

Yes, I created a UCLA logon & a pass too... but after I logged in, that's what I read. I didn't apply for anything, but is there anything wrong with my situation?

I see this.

Awards 2008-2009 Academic Year

No Award Information available for this Award Period

Adding to the confusion here...I found my UCLA ID# by trying to check my admission status. It's a 9 digit number. I then took this 9 digit number and went to the URSA site and used it to create an account. Once logged in, I clicked around a bit and some links wouldn't let me view them until a SIR has been submitted. I checked the financial aid link and it gave a break down of total cost (roughly $22k), parental contribution ($0), and total aid $1.5k (lol).

Whatever any of this means, I'm still looking forward to actually finding out my true admission status and not speculating.

Has UCLA given an official date for transfer decisions anyway?

Good luck to all!

I cant believe i'm filing a fafsa just to see if i shows up on my application....

I'm still confused... is anyone in my situation where they can't see anything but "Our records indicate that you do not have access to use URSA at this time..." due to not applying for Fafsa/scholarship?

i didnt submit a fafsa, but I can still access the page. It says that I have no awards for the period or something. but i can still navigate the page. when did you make your URSA log on?

Guin all applicants should have access to URSA regardless of turning in a fafsa

Edward: Is that total for off campus housing, or did you apply for on campus housing?

Edward how did you come about "Total Aid"? I don't see that anywhere on these links.

If I haven't filed an application for FAFSA, I do not get to see the message,
am I right?
I can not see the message...T T

Ok, I have a question to those who can see the summery. What's the amount they will provide for your studies? $0?

For me it states that I will live on campus, cost of attendance, student contribution and total financial need. That's it though.

fijeeboi where do you go to view that information?

On the URSA website, under "view financial aid awards and summary"

sigh @ not turning in a fafsa part2 --v

It says off-campus for me. I am pretty sure I put down on the fafsa thing that I would live on campus there.

If/when you get accepted you should notify them asap. That's a few thousand dollars in aid I believe.

Yeah, I'll be sure to contact them.

fijeeboi: I did not apply for on campus housing.
