<p>I've been admitted, but since I didn't submit FAFSA or the Dream Act my financial aid app is incomplete. I can't do either because I'm a Canadian legal resident of Calfornia. I think it makes sense that I should be able to get some financial or something since I'm a legal CA resident. How do I go about sending UCLA my financial aid info?</p>

<p>You should try calling their financial aid office and explaining your situation to them and then going from there based off of what they tell you. </p>
