<p>ANyone have opinions on which history professors to take or avoid? TA’s???</p>
<p>Best is to use bruin walk. After doing a little research of who is a good teacher, and what I want to take, I came up with the following 4 classes I hope to join.</p>

<p>Hijynx99> After you do a 199 with a professor you should look into doing a 299 course. It’s the graduate equivalent and it’s graded (199s are pass/no pass, at least at Cal). It’s listed as ‘Directed Reading’ and can be taken for up to 12 units (although I think that undergrads are usually limited to 4).</p>
