I was recently admitted in Berkeley and UCLA (as pre-history) as a transfer student from community college. UCLA seems to have more requirements to receive the degree than Berkeley. I think I will need at least 3 more courses if I go to UCLA. UCLA also has the TSP, which can help me make connections and improve my writing. Berkeley on the other hand has the semester system rather than the quarter system that I am not used to, and it looks like it will be easier for me to get a minor, double major, or study abroad if I wanted to. Basically from research I can see pros and cons for each one, so I was wondering if any students/former students can give me some feedback on their experience at either University. I also plan on going to grad school, but am not sure for what yet if that makes a difference. Thanks!
