UCLA or UCB for electrical engineering

SIR’s are due in like one day, and i still don’t know where to go. I got in UCB (spring for EECS - electrical engineering and computer science) and UCLA fall for biochem, but i probably will switch to EE as well. I also have carnegie mellon for ECE (electrical and comptuer engineering). I don’t know which one i should go still because i m afraid that i might get owned at Berkeley because it’s spring semester and I won’t know any body. However they are almost the best in that field. SUGGESTIONS>> plz thnx
