<p>Communication Studies at UCLA is the highest impacted major and has a very small population of students accepted each year (less than 100). USC's Annenberg School of Communication on the other hand takes more people but is a better known program.</p>
<p>Even though it is extremely competitive to get into UCLA's Comm Studies program that doesn't necessarily mean it's the best. Do you think it would be better to go to USC in the long run considering the status of our states budget? Because the UC's are already facing a lot of cuts and i believe in addition to that the first programs to get the most cuts are the smaller "impacted majors" because they run on such a small budget. </p>
