UCLA, Oxford at Emory, or Rochester

These are the schools I've been considering. I want to something in the biological fields, perhaps medicine, public health, or health sciences, but I'm not sure. I'm looking for a student body who is driven, smart, diverse, and encouraging. I'd like plentiful opportunities for leadership and research and internship and possibly work at local hospitals. Considering these stats ONLY (NOT financial aid AT ALL) what are the pros and cons for each? Thanks. :)
