<p>Does it mean anything if I got a phone call from UCLA today? A lady on the phone told me that UCLA has been sending me e-mails and trying to reach me, and that I'm a "top" applicant and should apply. She then asked me if I had any questions and how my senior year was going. I'm assuming that this phone call is just a courtesy call since UC apps haven't even begun. Did they choose to call based on things like SAT/PSAT?</p>
