UCLA Rescinded for W?

<p>Hi CC,
I have been admitted to UCLA as Bus Econ for fall 2012 and I have already done my SIR. I am considering withdrawing from my calculus 3 course and receive a W due to scheduling conflicts and also because I never needed the course.</p>

<p>The class was not part of IGETC, Major prerequisite (only 2 calculus courses req.), and the 90 transferable units. My question is whether or not UCLA will rescind me for withdrawing from the course.
When I called UCLA the person told me we could not give hypothetical answers.
Any help would be very helpful in helping make my decision to withdraw. The withdraw deadline is this friday June 1.</p>

<p>Nobody here can really answer hypotheticals either. It’s almost nearing the summer, and I would think that you’ve already gotten through a significant portion of the class–why didn’t you withdraw earlier, and why is the scheduling conflict just coming into the picture now?</p>
