Anyone have any idea if I could get rescinded with a 2.7 GPA this spring semester 2011?
I've called them up and talked to two different people and gave different responses. One person said I may since it is a huge drop from my average gpa when I applied (3.9) while the other says usually UCLA doesn't rescind anyone unless they get D's and F's. The transfer counselor said the same thing that I probably won't get rescinded since I don't have D's and F's.
This is kind of stressing me out :/ If anyone could share any information who was in the same position as I'm in now would be great

I think if you have a lot of C’s it could be a problem. I have read in a lot of places that we have to get at least a 3.0. I would call again and tell someone what you ahve been told and get a 3rd opinion.

I actually may get just one C but two B’s though. I’m only taking three classes so I don’t think it will drop my GPA too much.

Aren’t you required to maintain a full-time unit course-load the semester prior to transfer? Or are you taking classes with lots of units?

^

I’m only taking 7 units this semester and they accepted me, so there is no way that you are required to be full time your last semester.

Yea I think you can take any kind course load as long as you’re done.
