This is my first time posting on here, so if it’s in the wrong section sorry.

Anyway, I got the request to do the questionnaire and I did some research and found it basically means I am a borderline student and that it’s important to complete it if I I want to get in, so I will be.

The thing I’m worried about is my first semester grades. On the questionnaire it asks for your fall classes and grades for 2016. I got all A’s, a B in AP Eng Lit and a C in Physics. I really tried very hard in that class, but trying is never enough so I ended up with a C and previous to this grade I had never gotten anything below a B in any of my classes.

I guess my questions are, how much will the C render my chances of getting accepted? If I do really well on the questions will the C even matter?

If it was your first C then I believe it should not hurt your chances given the fact that you have prominently A’s! Good luck!

i think the C does not look good in the admission office. If there is a way to explain the C, do it.

As long as you don’t receive more than 1 C they say it’s okay! You only need to “report” more than 2 C’s! Although they will still see it on your transcript. Said from admissions!
