UCLA transfer chances

Hey everyone, I am a first-year sophomore at UCSB who's hoping to transfer to UCLA Fall 2010. My stats are as follows:
Current college G.P.A.: 3.43
High School G.P.A. (weighted): 3.7
ACT: 32
SAT: 1950
A.P.s taken: 8 (three 5s, four 4s and one 3)

E.C.:
Academic Decathlon (12th in state overall, 1st in history and interview)
Drama
Varsity Golf
Lots of Community Service
Lots of Honors (scholarships, honor rolls, published poet)
CALPIRG Internship

(Great essays)

Major: Political Science

I know everyone talks about UC transfers in terms of community colleges, but UCSB's transfer rate to UCLA is second only to Santa Monica College. I've only gotten one quarter of grades under my belt, but it's close to their accepted average G.P.A. (around 3.5)... Anyone with similar stats or educated inference?

Thanks!

Does UCLA take Sophmore level transfers- no. You need 60 units to transfer, how will you have 60 units by Fall '10?

I already have 57 units after this last quarter and will have 94 by the end of spring… you actually need 90 quarter units to transfer…

60 semester or 90 quarter units…

its a reach
