<p>It really doesn’t matter. Go to an undergraduate university that you feel comfortable with the atmosphere and people. </p>
<p>I lived in San Diego for 18 years before moving to Chicago for my undergraduate study. I got in to both those, and they’re totally different living conditions. Choose which one you like better.</p>
<p>That being said, communications is a pretty weak degree, so you’re going to be expected to do VERY well (3.8+) to get into a top law school. What law schools are you interested in?</p>
<p>UCLA is most definitely a better school but both those majors are weak to be kind. I’d go to UCLA then transfer to a real major.</p>
