Yeah, I found out mine on the portal as well (didn’t get an e-mail???). Oh well! Being rejected actually lifted all that negativity away, and surprisingly I feel lighter than ever! See you guys there, I’m in Revelle!

Got in UC Berkeley and CMU SCS but rejected from UCLA.
P.S. UCLA has been my dream school for many years… I thought Berkeley and CMU were harder to get in, but I finally got in those two schools and rejected from UCLA and Georgia Tech after waitlist.
Sister got rejected 3 days back but she was not as keyed-in as I was, checking her UCLA waitlist status. She seems happy to join UCD where she has been friends with her future roommate!

@pleaseacceptme99 did you get in? i want to assume that if they held on to you this long you will probably get in, otherwise that is messed up that they strung you along for this long only to reject you two months later.
@theresonator I wasn’t on the waitlist. I got in regular admission I was just here because my best friend was waitlisted and we planned to room together

@theresonator i’m just mad my friend won’t get to come here because they’re only accepting out of staters from the waitlist or so it seems.
@pleaseacceptme99 I thought you said he/she got in? Anyways, its pretty dumb how they let so may people waitlist and the majority do not get in. Ive seen people get rejected in July which I think is rude of them to make them wait so long just to reject them.
