Hey guys … What are the “unpopular” majors at UCLA where they accept below a 3.0 ?
There’s virtually no chance of getting into UCLA with below a 3.0 unless you’re an all-American recruit. Sorry @morocco123
There are no majors where UCLA accepts below a 3.0…unless you’re a superstar RECRUITED athlete.
You’re a transfer student who didn’t get in and you’re trying again?
You say that you get mostly B’s and C’s. UCLA is taking the top CC transfers…those kids have 3.5+ GPAs.
Why you want to go to UCLA and wast your time and money? You should know that even if you get admitted, you would not be able to cope with the tough environment in that school and compete with the kids in there.
Sorry to be so blunt with you!
“You should know that even if you get admitted, you would not be able to cope with the tough environment in that school and compete with the kids in there.”
Sorry, but this statement is out of hand. You have to compete with the kids in EVERY SCHOOL IN THE USA. It will be a thought environment but with the help of the community. He’ll be fine
Lol then y’all obviously don’t know that my friends got in with 3.0 and below. Lowest was a 2.7. Anything is possible. I could’ve just applied with their majors and gotten in easily, but their majors don’t stick out to me. And for the record, try not putting other people down. Anything is possible. @uclaparent9 @marvin100
Thanks @NASA2014 you’re awesome
Here is a link for UC’s by major and transfer GPA: http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/infocenter/transfers-major
Then ask them. They clearly have some magical inside info.
Looks like Landscape Architecture is your friend, @morocco123 , although even in that major, you’ll note 3.09 is the bottom of the range.
