<p>UConn is not on the same level academically.</p>
<p>Maryland and Rutgers area about even. BUT I totally disagree with a SPRING start. Trust me you meet so many friends during Freshman year you don’t want to miss a MINUTE of it. This is a no brainer in my book.</p>
