UCR CHANCE OF RESCINDIND TRANSFER APPLICATION

So I was accepted to UCR FOR FALL 2014, with provision of admissions. The conditions were to maintain 2.70 GPA and no grade lower than a C. I was accepted as a Psychology major.
Unfortunately, the financial situation at home plummet and have to pick up extra hours at work, leaving me to neglect my studies, earning me a F in Calculus. I am however taking it in the summer and will complete it before the end of June.
Upon knowing of my grade, I immediately contacted the admissions office. I emailed my counselor and called numerous times and left many voice mails because they counselor wasn't available.
It's been a month, and no call back or word from the office. I understand they have a high volume of students to attend to but I am not sure what to do next. SIR IS DUE tomorrow, and I can't get a hold of them.
I have failed to meet the conditions of acceptance . instead of a 2.70 GPA I have a 2.58 .
I am not to keen on the idea of submitting my sir in fear of losing the 100$ deposit. :( its silly but my situation doesn't really allow for such losses.
What should I do, and what are the chances of them rescinding my admissions? Appreciate reciate the help!

That’s tough. Did you try to talk to the transfer advisor at your CC for advice? If nothing else, I would advise that you SIR and send in your deposit and hope they will accept that you are replacing the grade. Don’t let anything deter you from doing your work, summer pace will not allow for getting behind.

Thank you for the prompt reply. I have tried to discuss this with my counselor and transfer advisor, but they were pretty condescending and weren’t of much help. They only told me to keep calling admissions. <------ not very progressive advice. :frowning:
