I am gonna transfer to UCR in 2011 fall. I m gonna move into the plaze apartment in september and I am gonna drive my car to there. Where can I parking my car and do I need to buy any parking permit and How can I get the key on first day as I move into the house???and If I cannot park my car in the Plaze, where can I park my car??? thank you!!!</p>
