UCR’ s estimated financial aid is a little more than UCSB, about 1-2k so the financial aspect doesn’t really matter for me since it’s pretty close. I’m a Psych Major, it’s not my career choice though. I’m majoring in Psych and then going to Grad School for Occupational Therapy. I want to go somewhere that has some place near by, like a hospital, so I can get volunteer hours shadowing an OT/OTA. Some people are telling me UCR and others UCSB (like my sister since she goes there). I live 3 hours away from SB and less than an hour away from Riverside but that doesn’t matter to me, I will still be dorming either way.
