I’m a high school graduate planning to attend UC Riverside for 2015-2016 (as a freshman) majoring in Computer Engineering. I would like to know how to transfer to UCLA so if anybody can help that’d be awesome. 
What I Know:
-Must have a high GPA
-Must complete “Prerequisites”
-Must complete General Education
What I Don’t Know:
-HOW to complete Prequisites
-Pretty much everything else

I’m basically in the same boat as you. Since I had the same questions as you, I weeded through many CC threads and found ones applicable to Inter-UC transfers and read them all, so here’s what I know–
UCLA is the friendliest UC in terms of Inter-UC transfer, they prioritize both CC and UC transfers almost equally, so you have a good chance if you have a high GPA, complete your prereqs and your GE’s.
So for your prerequisites, basically you would have to complete UCLA’s prerequisites for the Computer Engineering major which can be found here – https://www.admission.ucla.edu/prospect/adm_tr/UCLA_TAG.pdf (on page 12 and 13).
Now to find out which courses articulate, you would use assist.org . So for example if you want to find out whether Biology at UCR is equivalent to Biology at UCLA, you would use assist for both schools and compare the courses.
