UCR transfer into CSULA, CSULB or USC

I am a Freshmen at UCR and I want to transfer into CSULA, CSULB or USC
The reason is because, the cost of attendance is cheaper, it is closer to home and also it offers a degree in my major as well as a minor in Business.

Which UNiversity would i have a higher chance in getting accepted into

Im going to major in Chemistry or Biochemistry and minor in Business

THanks

Why are you asking CC parents? You should go talk to a counselor or check on the university 's website.

Just apply to all of them and see what results.

USC is cheaper than UCR??? Unless this is a scholarship thing or out of state tuition thing…that is bad information.
USC costs at least twice as much as UCR.
Were you planning on transferring this year? Haven’t the state schools already started?
If you are thinking about transferring as a sophomore I am not sure if the CSU’s will take you. I know UC’s really only accept 3rd year transfers. I suggest talking to their admissions offices beofre you apply just to make sure they would even consider the transfer.

I do believe private schools (USC) often take transfers as sophomores. Once again- confirm with their admissions office before paying to apply!
Good luck!

If you’re an incoming freshman at UCR you haven’t even started college yet. It seems strange to want to transfer already when you haven’t even started yet at the Uni you already accepted admission to. You haven’t given UCR a chance yet.

I know a student who just transferred into USC from a Cal State - didn’t seem hard to do. I think the money aspect to do that is daunting, though.

Went back and looked at most of your posts. Maybe if you are so confused you should take a gap year. All of your posts seem to be about all kinds of uncertainties…
