<p>How much harder is it to get into the UC's if you are out of state? (specifically, UCSB, UCLA, UCSD, and Berkeley...)</p>
<p>I'm pretty sure the OOS acceptance rate at Berkeley is something like 10-15%. UCSB and UCSD might be a little easier. I'm thinking that about 94% of students at UCs are from California, so it takes a lot to get in if you're OOS.</p>
<p>Yes, you generally need to score around a 2200 to have a shot at UCLA or UCB OOS (though those admitted usually score quite a bit higher). UCSD is not far behind in OOS selectivity. UCR and UCM are the least selective, but again, requirements are higher OOS.</p>
