UCs and SAT2s

I'm a Berkeley hopeful (well not that hopeful) and am applyling this year. I want to know how the UCs, especially UCB, are with SAT2 scores. I have a solid GPA and passable SAT1 score (2130) but have abysmal SAT2 scores in the 600s. Just how important are the SAT2's? Anyone gotten in with bad SAT2s?

Yes, it happens all the time,, although even though you're used to high-achievers, 600s isn't actually bad. It's not great in most fields, but it's not near bad, just above average. :)

Do your best to produce the best application you can, and hopefully the best will happen.

600 isnt bad. I got in with a 2000 SAT, 650 Lit SAT II, 570 US History. I had strong essays and a high GPA however (4.53). It's all about the whole picture dude.

Provided your in-state..
