UC's GPA for Transfer Admission

<p>Im currently applying to UC's/CSU's. I TAG to UC davis with a 3.3 GPA for Managerial Econ. Im wondering if my TAG does not get accepted what are my chances with my GPA or if all goes wrong and it lowers to 3.1?</p>

<p>Any stories of people getting in to any UC or CSU's with lower than average GPAs?</p>
