Hey guys!
I'm looking at the Transfer student housing at UCSB. Right now I'm wavering between the University Apartments and the suite style dorms like San Rafael and Manzanita. As a transfer, I'm looking to get to know new people. Is one type of housing better for being social, are they about the same.

Let me know your thoughts!

Manz. Village has a reputation for being secluded and anti-social. You’ll also be living amongst freshman there. San Raf is for second years and Transfers, and is slightly more social. I’d go with San Raf.

But this is UCSB we are talking about, you’ll have countless opportunities to meet people. The student body here is very friendly.

I would go with the dorms there more social than the apartments and closer to campus
