<p>Does anyone know if it is possible to pursue changing my major to an individual major prior to submitting SIR provided I can petition and get approvals from 3 faculty members as an advisory panel? I only applied to UCSC to pursue an individualized major and applied for linguistics as a fail-safe. Any help would be appreciated!</p>
