UCSD changing major to an impacted major

<p>Anyone know how difficult it is to change to an impacted major after enrolling at UCSD? Specifically, I wanna change to computer science (first choice major when I applied, didn't get it because it was impacted). </p>

<p>So let's say I enroll. How hard will it be for me to change my major to computer science once classes begin? </p>
