UCSD Econ Prereq

I plan to apply to UCSD econ for Fall 2012. I was wondering, I know Multivariable Calc (Math20C, i believe, in UCSD) is a required prereq, will it count against me "that much" if I choose not to take it at my college right now(UCR)? Anyone have gotten in without taking Multivariable Calc for econ?

Thank you.

I would say get it done. Its better to finish all your prereq and get it out the way, so you could actually graduate on time.

I won’t be finishing it. I don’t think it’s “that” big of a deal.

It would make you more competitive than a person who didn’t take it. Plus your a UC-to-UC transfer, your basically giving them and excuse to reject you.

^ alright thank you. I guess i’ll take it then.

Good luck with your transfer!
