Does anyone know if ucsd packages came in the mail before the acceptances came out? Especially since they’re pretty late this year maybe they sent out the packages and they would arrive around the same time it did last year… Idk basically maybe there’s a chance we get the package before the acceptance? If honestly prefer that

Y’all I made this account because I’m tired of waiting for these damn UC decisions!! I’m so desperate at this point I only applied to UCSD, UCB, and UCLA, all of which have yet to release decisions. This is really nerve wracking!!!

if that’s the case @Princetonian9 you could probably use USPS informed delivery to see when it was coming, like how people are doing it with USC

@Twenmi I have informed delivery for this reason and can’t seem to locate anything coming in the coming days, can anyone else confirm this on their end, or are people seeing a package/letter coming from UCSD?

@ashleyes yeah i am actually pretty dumb for not applying to more in-state public school. I applied to a number of privates but honestly the financial aid package is really what decides if I can go or not…
@Vaneeters go sign up for informed delivery through USPS and it’ll tell you if you have any packages/letters coming in the future that have been scanned through the postal service. It’ll also tell you where the package is coming from and when it should arrive. If you logged in and saw a package en route from UC San Diego that would be the only indication of a possible admission other than the portal being updated…which I hope will happen soon
Anyone else think the chances of it being today are higher because the portal was down?
@Princetonian9 Yeah I don’t have anything either, except I also got into UCSC and received a package from them that did not pop up on my USPS informed delivery – so it could just be a flawed system.

@hailey5799 You have to sign up via the USPS website. If informed delivery works in your zip code it’ll give you info on packages coming to your address.
hey, someone named G2Bro0768 received an email from UCSD this morning? I didn’t. I am confused and afraid.
Damn I just checked the USPS tracker and it says that nothing is planned for delivery this week.
