UCSD, GW, or St. Andrews for International Relations

Hi I'm a high school senior from New Jersey choosing between UCSD, GW's Elliot School, and St. Andrews. I know I want to study International Relations and it seems as though all three schools have great programs. Expense wise, UCSD is most expensive, and St. Andrews and GW are about the same. I received a scholarship from GW and also was accepted to their honors program. GW is obviously great bc of its location, the Elliot school, and the honors program. St Andrews is great too as its much more prestigious than the other two, and offers an international experience that will certainly compliment my studies, and for the same price as GW I'll be able to study abroad for four years. UCSD great as well for IRPS (I want to specialize on Asia), its 5 yr BA/masters program, and of course the weather!

Which one would you recommend?

Outside of the UK, St. Andrews is not “more prestigious.” Few people outside the UK have even heard of the school; the name is more readily associated with a golf course.
