How much does UCSD take major into account? I applied as a Urban Studies major, but I don’t have a 4.0, is this important for UCSD? Also do they care much about your PIQs or Extra-Curriculars?
UCSD admits into the University first and then into the major. Your overall application will be evaluated including EC’s and PIQ’s which helps differentiate you from all the other competitive applicants. So are you saying your UC capped weighted GPA is below 4.0?
