<p>I really have no clue which university to enroll in. I believe both programs are theory based, but does anyone which school has a better program? I was also wondering if people are able to submit their SIR and then cancel it if say..I get into another school? I applied under international relations for USC and I won't find out till like June so I'm thinking of just submitting my SIR for a UC beforehand. Thankss.</p>
<p>i believe the sir is a non-refundable deposit ($100). i'm sure you can cancel, but then again i doubt you'll get that $100 back.</p>
