Hey CCs, so this is the question I am trying to find an answer to. My major is biochem(pre med) and I'm hoping to go to med schoo after my undergrad years. Thanks

Net price of each school after financial aid grants and scholarships?

Well I got a full ride to sd but have to pay 10k for USC. However, let’s assume money is not an issue.

$40,000 would make some dent against medical school costs. See https://services.aamc.org/tsfreports/ to see what medical school tuition and fees look like.

Are there GPA thresholds needed to keep the scholarships?

No GPA thresholds. If you were to judge solely based on academics and other opportunities to prepare for med school, which school would you choose?

Medical school admission has a lot to do with GPA and MCAT scores.

http://www.gradeinflation.com/ indicates that USC has higher average GPAs, but may be slightly more selective (i.e. slightly stronger students competing for those grades). Also, overall average GPAs may not reflect specific departments or courses.

Also consider the convenience of typical pre-med extracurriculars.

Of course, don’t forget everything else about the schools (academic majors and courses, non-academic factors) that may affect how happy you would be to attend each school.
