<p>My friend was accepted but didnt get the major he wanted and said that their mechanical engineering school is already full. I put in nano engineering as my secondary major (dont know why) if I get accepted, is it possible for me to change major?</p>

<p>@tylu1208 Yes it is possible to change majors as long as the major is not impacted. Just do it as soon as possible because starting 2015, all the majors in the school of engineering are going to become impacted.</p>

<p>@Bhav007 Yup, I’m live near LA. I’m actually leaning towards SD now. If I go to UCLA, then I am going to have to major in geology. I really don’t know what types of jobs I can get in California with a geology degree. I would probably have to leave California, something I don’t want to do. </p>
