Hello friends,
I’ve been in this dilemma where I need to to SIR to either SD(Economics) or Irvine(Business), I would enjoy studying in both of these majors, BUT which will open wider doors for me in the future, which will guide me better to graduate studies in maybe LAW or an MBA? I know I know it all depends on the person, but as far as school goes.
UCSD has a top-notch economics program. I’ve heard that it’s more quantitative/math heavy and therefore better for a career in economic research or policy than a typical business degree. In that sense, it might prepare you better for grad school.
Yeah Im kinda leaning towards SD knowing that it would most likely be better for grad school
For law, it probably won’t matter. Just where ever your going get the highest GPA.
For MBA, the job that you get out of school will probably matter more.
Yeah thats what I hear about LAW. Idk man its so tough to decide!
