Does UF defer to the summer term? Or do they only follow a strict accepted/rejected system?

there is some deferment (unexpected “you’ve been accepted into summer b!”), but they make a point of saying that it doesn’t matter which session you apply for, admission criteria are the same.

aforautumn, do you go to uf? do you think that I would have a good shot at fall, or should i stick to summer? in case you don’t know my stats (although you probably do since I post so much):

You like fine to me. Major??

(I’m an Industrial Engineering major freshman)

Chemical Engineering. Do you think it’ll be hard to get in for my major??

unless you are a transfer, you are not evauluated for your major… do you know exactly what chemical engineering is? many students come don’t realize what exactly it is and switch out…

Thanks for the tip, ufgator. Well, I’ve been doing research on it for quite some time, and it is a pretty broad field that generally focuses on the ability to mass produce a chemical product or to maintain an industrial plant, and things like that. I want to focus on the medical aspect of chemical engineering, as I want to go to medical school after UF.

You’ll be fine.

If you can finish engineering school, you are a shoe in for medical school
