UF honors decisions?

Does anybody know what time they should tell us today?

It say’s April 10th, but I still haven’t heard anything…

email just arrived (5:05pm est) - I’m in!

i didn’t get in. I’m pretty surprised. I thought receiving an invitation to apply pretty much assured you a spot. guess not. oh well, I’m still a Gator, and that’s all that matters.

also did not get in. very disappointed, as it was what i was looking forward to most at UF :</p>

We got the EMAIL reply today about 5pm. My D got in!! A big ::: whew :::

Goodluck to everyone!!

Just Curious … I can’t help but wonder how many of the students did not get into Honors AFTER they were invited up to attend the all day Honor’s Preview Day. I would think if they mailed you an invitation and you took the time to spend the entire day hearing all about the Honor’s Program that they would most likely accept those students who applied.

But, it seemed odd to me that we were asked to the Honors Preview Day and still told at that point that we had to first get through admissions in February. So, I guess anything is possible.

In - (NA/M Scholars are automatically in). Not going… =P

I didn’t get in. I’m really quite surprised and disappointed. I thought the application was just a formality and that once you did it you were pretty much in. I wish they viewed National Hispanic scholars the same way as National Merit and Achievement. Oh well.

I am in. Not sure still about my choices - still considering WUSTL, Brown and Vandy

mingusamongus,

you’re really freaking cool dude.

What are the stats of some of the people who didn’t get in? I heard they go mostly off test scores.

Got in!!! So happy, especially since I turned it in a little late also (got a 2350)

I got in (also national merit). I was wondering though, I have some friends who applied even though they weren’t invited. They haven’t gotten any e-mails yet. Does anyone know if their decisions come out the same time as the late applicants?
