<p>Idk about other scholarships but for the Florida Opportunity Scholarship, this is what the financial office said:
“Final decisions on Florida Opportunity Scholars may not be completed until as late as the end of May. This is due to the large number of qualifying applicants that we have this year. You will be notified via email if the selection committee needs any additional documents from you or your family.”</p>

I have a 4.0 unweighted GPA, and a 4.4 weighted (I go to a private school) and I’m valedictorian… and I want to major in engineering. I guess I didn’t get any scholarships because my family doesn’t really qualify for any “need-based aid”.</p>
<p>Is the blue and orange scholarship something you had to apply for or just something you get?</p>
