<p>Hey guys! I got accepted today to CLAS as a Political Science major. I found out today at 11pm, although that was just cause i hadn’t checked right after 8pm. I have a 3.87, and 4.0 pre-professional GPA. </p>
<p>Good luck to you all, i know this has been pretty stressful overall for lots of us.</p>

<p>I hope your right, i’ve got a bad feeling about this though maybe its just the long amount of time making me second guess myself but i guess i’ll see sooner or later if i get in.</p>
<p>Don’t doubt yourself, if anything, just persevere through it. Good luck to the rest who have yet to receive a decision. In my opinion, most of the people who are on here deserve to get in, especially since most of you have demonstrated the desire, hard work and stress involved in attempts to attend. It’s been a stressful few months, but hopefully all turns out well. </p>

<p>yeah i had sent an email to someone in the college who forwarded it to Mrs. Matthews who does admissions and she sent me an email saying my application was approved for fall 2009 and official stuff will come in the mail. Hopefully it will be online when they update it this evening… HUGE weight off my shoulders</p>
<p>Congrats wvvet! Everytime I emailed Ms. Matthews I got “You will receive a decision by June 1st.” very disheartening. I think I may email her again lol.</p>

<p>Yea that is what i wanted to avoid you know, i didnt want to **** her off and have her see my app and be like that kid is denied. So i sent it to my future advisor, and she decided to forward it, which i was kinda scared about because i didnt wanna **** off ms. Matthews. But alas it went well i guess this means decisions should be rolling out fast from here on out.</p>

But i read an article in like time or newsweek or something a while back about the college admissions process and the pettiness of the people, about how simply not feeling good or not getting their coffee that morning made them deny handfuls of qualified applicants, just didnt want that to happen.</p>

<p>Has anybody in here heard from the College of Engineering? I saw some posts earlier about the 15th of April and then the 30th of April. Just wondering has anybody been notified yet?</p>
