I am completely unable to make my final choice.
I got into the Honors Program at UGA and qualify for HOPE. I was offered a full ride to UNC Chapel Hill as a Carolina Scholar and was also invited to be a part of the Honors program there. Which one do I choose?
I know that the obvious choice for some would be Chapel Hill, but the CURO (Center for Undergraduate REsearch) program at UGA is pretty comprehensive and the Honors Program is well respected. I just don't want to make the wrong choice :/

If you have no difference in cost, Chapel Hill.

At this point it would actually be cheaper for me to attend Chapel Hill because they are covering tuition, fees, room and board.

Then take it. Coming from Nepal, cost trumps all else.

UNC CH is a highly regarded school while UGA isn’t as much. And since it’s cheaper for you to go to UNC, you should definitely go there

Go to Chapel Hill. It is one of the all time great American universities. great town, great weather, great students, great profs. If you get to go to UNC for free? You are one very lucky student.

Also, UNC is very highly regarded. University of Georgia is fine, but it is no Chapel Hill.

The one other thing to consider is the proximity of the research Triangle and Raliegh Durham. Raliegh is the fastest growing city in the United States. Cisco’s other headquarters is there, as are many other tech firms.

What great good fortune.

The only thing, though, I forgot to ask: Do you want to major in engineering? There’s not really an engineering school at UNC. That is at NCState
