I was recently accepted to the University of Georgia and it is one of my top school, but I am not certain whether or not I want to attend. Please let me know what you think of the school, the campus, the students, the faculty, the facilities, the social life, anything!!
Thanks!

Also, I am majoring in food science so if you can tell me anything about the program that would be awesome!!

UGA is amazing…Campus is clean and vast (as it should be because there is a ‘campus green’ fee). It’s a bit of a walk to a lot of places so take the bus (or bring a car/scooter/motorcycle) or plan classes in close buildings. Food is amazing, buffet-style and lots of cultural and varied choices. Bolton dining hall just opened this year too so, lots of good food! The Niche dining is actually on the health science campus area (not sure if food science would use the same facilities as health science…sorry!) and they have A+ natural-like food.
Students and faculty are cool! Not sure what kind of clubs or anything you plan on joining but UGA probably has it. Also, DAT RAMSEY CENTER. I go there tons. If you haven’t checked out UGA, go to the Ramsey and be amazed. Full length Olympic pool, tons of courts, rock wall, a running track that goes around the upper edge of the pools, and of course, a huge weight room area.
Everything is good! Not to mention the amazing sports and school spirit. Just beat Auburn too 34-7!

If you’re interested in talking to a current student, I’m a sophomore in the honors program here at UGA! I’m an MIS (computer science/business), econ, and international business major with a Spanish minor but have knowledge of other majors as well. Feel free to shoot me an email at amandaco@uga.edu if there’s anything you’d like input on. Welcome to the family – go dawgs!
