also for a varsity sport that i practice/play year round.. do i include the year round practicing and lessons for the "weeks per year" blank or just the actual season? thanks

i second these questions.

I’m also very interested.

I’d love to know the answer to these questions as well, since I was just about to post a similar thread. Hopefully someone knows.

My D just finished her Common App draft and her counselor advised her to list all the activities she will be involved with as a senior. So all her activities, clubs, etc that she was involved with she checked off for her senior year. In addition, she included a new club she is starting in her senior year. She also listed the officer positions she will hold in her senior year as well. I would list everything you intend to do on the app. Just for the record, this is the advise we got and are following but I can’t say it is the “accepted” way, but I can’t imagine it is not.

^ I would have given the same advice. By way of analogy, you are all claiming that THIS is your Senior Year right? You’re not adding language that says “I may or may not be graduating this year depending on how things go” right?

Successful people almost always manage to accomplish what they set out to do. This situation is no exception.

I am checking it off for senior year because I know that I will do it.

okay then I will too, thanks everyone

Oh I’m so glad I found this, I was just wondering the same thing
